Brompton Hall is a North Yorkshire weekly boarding/day school in the village of Brompton 8 miles from Scarborough, for 60 KS2 to KS4 boys with SEMH and other associated special needs and learning difficulties. The school has a very positive ethos and has received Good reports from Ofsted for both education and care commenting how all work together to provide an excellent environment for children to develop and flourish. 

We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join our busy curriculum support staff team.  You will be well organised, have excellent communication and keyboard skills, as well as be able to work well under pressure.

We invite applications from enthusiastic individuals to cover a wide range of duties within this small school setting. These duties will include the organisation of work experience placements and college link courses.  You will oversee Health & Safety inspections with external contractors, maintain all school documentation in relation to risk assessments and Health & Safety.  You will prepare data analysis reports on the progress made by pupils and their examination results. The ability to maintain and record accurate, concise records is essential and you must be able to demonstrate working on your own initiative, as well as being a team player.

We invite applications from experienced administators to cover a wide range of duties . These duties will include the organisation of exam entries, access arrangements and the invigilation of exams. You will be able to manage, collate and process pupils weekly point scores.You will prepare data analysis reports on the progress made by pupils and their examination results. 

The post holder will have an excellent knowledge of data bases, including the use of Microsoft Excel. You will be responsible for overseeing the administration of the on-site examination process and planning of invigilation duties, as well as liasing with the senior management team regarding whole school risk assessments and Health & Safety visual documentation. 

The ability to maintain and record accurate, concise records is essential and the sucessful candidate must be able to demonstrate effective communication.
