This specific house is named after Sir Steven Geoffrey Redgrave, CBE, DL who is a retired British rower. Sir Steve won gold medals at five consecutive Olympic Games from 1984 to 2000 as well as a bronze medal at the 1988 Summer Games, totalling 6 Olympic Medals and is widely regarded as Great Britain’s greatest Olympian of all time.
